Pure water through a water-fed pole reaches up to 40ft, so three-storey houses and windows over conservatories get cleaned safely from the ground. Frames are brushed first, glass washed and rinsed, then sills and doors wiped. Interior windows, shop fronts and leaded or sash windows get done by hand with a squeegee.
A 3000W gutter vacuum on long-reach poles pulls out leaves, moss and silt, up to around 40ft, with no ladders.

I'm Sebastian, and I run EverClean London from Greenford. Most of our customers are within 15 minutes of UB6, so we run a tight round and turn up when we say we will.
We started this because people were fed up with window cleaners who don't show, leave dirty water on the sills, or lean ladders on freshly painted render. We don't do any of that.

We look over the windows and frames and set up the pole from the ground, so nothing leans on pebbledash or lime render.

Yes. Pure water dries spotless and rain water is very pure itself. We only reschedule for storms or strong winds, and we'll message you to rebook.
Yes, fully insured with public liability and trained in water-fed pole safety. No ladders on your property unless absolutely necessary.
For most homes every 8 or 12 weeks. You get the same day and time each round with a text reminder the night before, no contract, and you can pause if you go on holiday.
Yes, for jet washing we need an outdoor tap and a power supply. For windows we bring our own purified water, though larger jobs may still need a water source.
We adjust the pressure to suit the surface. Be aware that jet washing can sometimes loosen old grouting or sand between paving stones, so tell us about anything fragile beforehand.
Payment is due once the job is done. Cash or card on the day, and a receipt is available on request.
